At Jorix, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process.


Eligibility for Returns

Most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Exceptions:
Customized items, made-to-order products, or hygienic items (such as socks and underwear) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.


Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@jorix.uk for any inquiries.
  2. We’ll provide you with the return address.
  3. Prepare and ship the item back. Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping and label costs.
  4. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
  5. You’ll be notified once we’ve received your return.
  6. The refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns:

- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- Shipping Method: We recommend using a tracked or insured service. Jorix is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Jorix Responsibility:

- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.

- Return Authorization Number (RAN): Please request a RAN before sending any items back.

 


International Returns

- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

- Duties and Taxes: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees.


Refund Policy

- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

- Exceptions: Refunds may be denied if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement and cover all related costs.


Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a refund or replacement.

Jorix reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the publication date.
